Diana R. – Business Office Manager

Diana R

Diana graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She worked as Director of Cardiopulmonary Care for her first 10 years in a hospital, then worked in Medical Sales and Marketing. She enjoys tennis and water sports, but most of all enjoys watching her children play sports. She likes to volunteer and is in many local associations in Pensacola.

Heather – Dental Assistant


Heather grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast where she was offered an opportunity of a lifetime by her cousin to be trained as a dental assistant in his dental practice in 1995. After seeing the passion she had for dentistry she attended LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1997 and completed the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant program. In 2003 she moved to Pensacola and has continued to advance her knowledge of dentistry through CE's and great opportunities that have been given to her. In early 2013 Heather joined the practice of Dr. Richmond as his dental assistant. Heather has one daughter Meagan and a four-legged daughter, a Long Hair Dachshund, Lu Lu.

Pam – Financial Coordinator


Pam started in the healthcare profession in 1988 and has been with Dr. Richmond since 2002. Pam was born in England and came to the United States when she was 25. She is married to Russell with one son, Christopher, and loves to travel.

Alicia – Appointment Coordinator


Alicia started in the dental profession 35 years ago as a dental assistant. After 12 years of assisting, she decided to become an appointment coordinator. Alicia was born in Pensacola, Florida, moving to Lakeland in 1984. Upon her return to Pensacola in 2002, she started working for Dr. Terry Richmond. Alicia is married to Michael, and she has five children: Rodney, Wayne, Steve, Greg and Jeff. She also has 11 grandchildren.

Kay – Dental Hygienist


Kay, a dental hygienist, started her career working as an assistant while going to dental hygiene school. She received her dental degree from PJC in 1981. Kay has been with Dr. Richmond over 16 years. She believes good dental health starts with prevention. She enjoys educating her patients with individualized home care instruction. Kay is married to Gary and has four kids: Cory, Kari, Katie and Aaron. She provides a comforting atmosphere that is enjoyable for the patient.

Dolores – Dental Hygienist


Dolores has worked for Dr. Richmond for 15 years. Dolores graduated from PJC Dental Assistant School in 1974. She worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 10 years. She then attended PJC Dental Hygiene School, graduating in 1984. She was awarded the Class of 1984 Clinician. She has an associate's degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting. Delores has 39 years of experience working in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Dolores has served as President of the Pensacola Dental Hygiene Association and Northwest District Representative of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association. She is also involved in our local community serving in the music ministry at her church, Marcus Pointe Baptist Church, and plays clarinet for the Pensacola Civic Band. She loves music! Dolores has been married to Bill for 38 years. They have two children, a son, Brad, and a daughter, Dawn. They have one grandson, Abel, who they adore! Dolores has a passion to tell others about good nutrition and how it affects their dental health.
